Sponsorship request is for:
Hot food and iced tea for 200 golfers (numbers
will be confirmed closer to the date). Items should
include an entrée, two sides and dessert.

If the tournament falls during Lent, fried fish or a
seafood option should be part of the menu.

All set-ups; to include plates, napkins, forks, cups
and ice.

Containers for utensils and any specialty
equipment, such as chafing dishes.

Food needs to be self-serve so the golfers can serve
themselves.

Business cards, catering menus, etc. (optional for
caterer’s promotion).
