The Board of Advisors represents many of the Chamber’s most active supporters (CEOs, owners, principals and leaders of those member firms which currently invest $3,750 or more in Chamber dues).  There are currently more than 260 Advisors. Sponsor does not have to be a member of the Board of Advisors.

 

The Chamber holds periodic breakfast meetings at the Chamber for up to 25 people (Advisors, lead volunteers and senior Chamber staff) for the purpose of receiving input from the Advisors on the organization’s strategic direction and local issues impacting business. This sponsorship provides an excellent opportunity for you to network with this group.

The Board of Advisors meet three times per year with the Board of Directors at different sites around the community. Meetings offer opportunities to receive advance information pertinent to Mobile’s progress from a business perspective, to hear from business and government leaders and other speakers of timely importance, and to be represented as issues about the community’s future are discussed.

2023 Summer Meeting, is an afternoon meeting followed by a cocktail reception. This meeting will be in conjunction with the Small Business of the Year Awards. Venue to be determined. Cost of sponsorship is two for $2,500 each. There will also be Small Business of the Year sponsors for this event.

The Board of Advisors meet three times per year with the Board of Directors at different sites around the community. Meetings offer opportunities to receive advance information pertinent to Mobile’s progress from a business perspective, to hear from business and government leaders and other speakers of timely importance, and to be represented as issues about the community’s future are discussed. 

2023 Winter Meeting to be held in late November or early December 2022. The agenda for this meeting will be year-end reports from outgoing Board members as well as having a guest speaker. Speaker and venue to be determined. Cost of sponsorship is one for $7,500.
